作為《電梯前》的續作，遊戲中你和家人今天要在家裡舉辦派對，但是大家的東西放得亂七八糟，所以客人來之前必須收拾好房間。連爺爺奶奶也一起來幫忙了，可是客人說不定會比預期的還要早到。大家能不能完成各自的整理任務，順利的迎接客人呢？就看你能不能收拾的最快最整齊囉！

The guests may arrive at any minute!
In “Before the Guests Arrive” you do your best to tidy up a messy house for a party. Whoever cleans up the best wins! Today we’re having a party! But everyone’s stuff is littered around the house. Before the guests arrive we have to straighten this place up. Grandma and Grandpa will pitch in, too, but the guests might show up at any time. Try to quickly tidy up more stuff than the others! Can each family member finish straightening up, and get ready to receive the guests with out any mishaps?
Goal of the Game
Before the guests arrive do your best to tidy up the messy house. Players earn points by collecting Stuff Cards (“Stuff”), and using Family Cards (“Family”) to tidy them up. The game ends immediately when the Guest Card is flipped up. At the end of the game players lose points for unused Family and Stuff in their hands. The player who has the most points wins.
Timing Tidying Up
Family Cards can Tidy Up (Score) Stuff Cards in their color. Mom, Dad, Girl & Boy can each Tidy Up 2 types of Stuff, however Baby, Grandma & Grandpa can each Tidy Up only 1 Type. When Tidying Up a type of Stuff, you can Tidy as many of that type of stuff (same illustration) as you like, so it’s useful to get a bunch of the same Stuff and Tidy it Up together, but when refilling the house, if the Guest Card appears then the game immediately ends, so timing your Tidying Up is critical.
Enjoyable with Simple Rules
Before the Guests Arrive is a light, set-collection game. It’s built around 2 simple rules: Collect Cards & Tidy Up. Easy rules and a short play time make it so you can jump right into the fun. Try to help Tidy Up before the party as best as you can, all the while knowing that the Guests could be here at any minute.
