While Heroes have powerful abilities, they can only be used once per game. This is a great way to balance out skill gaps or introduce new players to the world of Santorini!

In the Golden Fleece variant, players do not have individual God Cards. Instead choose a God Card for the Golden Fleece statue and place the statue on the board. Players share the god power of the Golden Fleece if they are neighbouring the statue on their turn. Then move, build, block and manoeuvre your way to victory!

The Santorini Golden Fleece Expansion Pack includes 10 Hero Cards (Achilles, Medea, Odysseus and more). Hero powers are similar to god powers but can only be used once per game. Hero Cards add an element of surprise and can help equalise the gameplay when the more skilled player chooses a Hero and the other player chooses a God.
The already picturesque game, Santorini, is now more beautiful to look at when you surround your original game board (sold separately) with the breathtaking ocean board included in the Santorini Golden Fleece Expansion Pack. Santorini Island (sold separately) now rises dramatically from the Aegean Sea for a more exciting 3D gameplay experience!
