在遭受大量伽瑪射線照射後，布魯斯•班納博士 (Dr. Bruce Banner) 便生活在兩個極端的身份之間：一如既往的輕聲細語的科學家，以及因憤怒而失控的綠色怪物浩克 (Hulk)。
浩克使用他龐大的身軀和力量消滅敵人，無論是以轟轟烈烈的雷鳴掌擊立即擊倒多個敵人，還是強大的浩克猛砸來粉碎單一對手。利用不動如山以抵擋傷害，或使用勢不可擋來持續戰鬥。但是所有由憤怒驅動的力量都是有代價的，這使得浩克有點不可預測且難以控制。
搭配進攻風格，搭配武術造詣使用正面迎擊與敵人戰鬥，或是對敵人使出落地飛踢。而且當情況變得艱難時，呼叫浩克那力大無窮的表妹－女浩克(She Hulk)，幫助你砸爛敵人，或借助超級優秀的強力來擺平戰局。
此中文版英雄包含60張卡牌 — 有一副40張卡牌的浩克預組牌庫。還有一套以殘暴的惡煞為主題的勁敵組，必須配合《Marvel Champions 漫威傳奇再起》核心包進行遊玩。
遊戲適合14歲以上，1-4名玩家一同遊玩，遊戲時間60分鐘。
